• be older than 18 and less than 45 years of age when the invitation is issued.
• have competent English language test scores through any of IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, OET, or CAE;
• You and your family members must meet the other general Skilled Migration basic requirements, which include health (medical) and character checks;
• International students whose skills were assessed based on the Australian qualification while holding a student visa must have registered their course on CRICOS;
• You must have paid back all the dues and debts, if any, to the Australian Government.
